There has been many many fighters who have been considered as being the greatest throughout MMA history for example Mirko Filipovic with his 27 wins 10 losses and 2 draws or Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira with his 33 wins 7 losses 1 draw. None of these fighters could ever match up with the sheer animal that is Fedor Emelianenko who within his 37 matches he won 33 lost 4 and had one no count, while looking back throughout the heavyweight MMA division it becomes pretty clear that Fedor Emelianenko is the greatest heavyweight of all time. Fador won the pride title in 2003 and was able to defend it without one defeat until the next three years until the end of the promotion. It is unclear to weather or not Fedor was able to test his skill or full potential but with that being said he was still able to defeat the best of the best through out the heavyweight division.Fedor defeated many great MMA heavyweight contenders such as Pedro Rizzo, Satoshi ishii and Jeff Monson. Fedors first loss was a huge one especially considering it was due to a small cut that caused a defeat by TKO if the fight were to of went on there would have been a strong possibility that Fedor could still of gained the upper hand, Fedor’s aggressive, dominant punches and top game was Fedor’s best techniques and had caused him to become unstoppable for eight years straight during the prime of his career. The only two sugnificant or reall losses Fedor face was by the hands of Dan Henderson who defeated him with a TKO by punches and Fabrico Werdum who defeated him be submission (triangle arm bar). Alot of people wouldnt of thaught of Fedor Emelianenko as being the best world class heavyweight MMA fighter if they were to look at him. Many people would think of him as being overweight or obese, he doesn’t have much definition to show of his muscle but he most definitely has muscle mass that are shown by his unstoppable force and boxing power in the ring and in the octagon. Even the look on Fedor’s face when he is fighting is scary as he shows no scene of fear he only shows pure focus. Many great fighters have actually said or showed there fears of Fedor Emelianenko for example Bas Rutten has said ” Fedor has no weakness! I have seen so many fights, and even the best fighters in the world have flaw in there game but i have yet to find one in Fedor Emelianenko”, Diego Sanchez has also said ” Probably the best ever lived …. he’s a living legend right know I and I don’t think there is a man on this planet who can beat him; The man is unreal. Pound for pound the best in the world” and even Mark Coleman said plainly “He is the BEST !!”. Fedor in is the best of his generation in pound for pound weight and muscle and he is the best in mind and skill, Fedor is the best all round fighter in the MMA heavyweight devision the world has ever seen so far.
